Unison Africa recently hosted an exceptional event, "Partnering for Impact," which served as a prelude to the official launch of our SME Program in Summer 2025. It was a day filled with inspiration, insightful discussions, and a collective vision for the future of African entrepreneurship.
The event commenced with a captivating keynote address by John Perry from EOP Group, Inc., emphasizing the transformative power of collaboration and the role of impactful partnerships in driving positive change.
The highlight of the day was our panel discussion, "Investing in Africa's SMEs: Catalysts for Change," moderated by David Baxter from the International Sustainable Resilience Center. Esteemed speakers, including Nii Simmonds from the Atlantic Council and Abdirahman Bashir from The World Bank, shared invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing SMEs in Africa, sparking meaningful conversations and innovative solutions.
Nura Ali, CEO of Bold Branding Group and Founder of Unison Africa, took the stage to provide a sneak peek into our upcoming SME Program. Nura's passion for empowering African entrepreneurs was evident as she unveiled our commitment to providing tailored support and resources to SMEs across the continent.
As the event concluded, attendees from esteemed organizations including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, The Young African Leaders, and American Investment Council left inspired and motivated to drive positive change in Africa's entrepreneurial landscape. The networking session that followed provided an opportunity for industry leaders to forge connections, exchange ideas, and lay the groundwork for future collaborations.
